Ingredients

    3c whole grain flour
    1c almond meal
    1c flaxseed meal
    1c oat & grain cereal
    3 tbsp honey (or molasses)
    1 tbsp salt
    2 packets active yeast
    2 cups warm water
    1/2c flax milk (or soy/almond milk)
    2 tbsp butter alternative

Directions

add warm water to bowl
add yeast, honey salt, butter, then milk
mix together
mix in almond meal, flaxseed meal, oats & grains
mix in 1cup of flour add a time until dough is no longer sticky.
knead a few times, adding extra flour if needed
oil/flour loaf pan
put dough in loaf pan & bake
