Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 medium zucchini, shredded
    1 medium yellow onion finely chopped
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 jalapeno pepper deveined and minced
    1/4 tsp. black pepper


    spray outdoor grill with nonstick cooking spray.

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and form patties.

    Makes 6 burgers.

Directions

Grill until done.
