Introduction

beef & pork chilli beef & pork chilli
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cans (796ml) crushed tomatoes
    1 bottled (680ml) strained tomatoes
    1 can (540ml) kidney beans
    1 can (398ml) beans (brown sugar & pork)
    1lb lean ground beef
    1lb lean ground pork
    dash black pepper
    3 1/2 tablespoon chilli powder

Directions

cook both ground beef and pork until browned and add rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil then lower to simmer for about 30 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 8 1 3/4 cups
