Ingredients

    Russet Potatoes. I used 10 because I have a family of 6 and we like leftovers. You can adjust it to fit the amount you are feeding.

    Turkey Kielbasa or other smoked sausage type meat. Amount can be adjusted to your liking.

    Peas. Or really another other veggie you want to throw in!

    Onion. Because everything taste better with onions.

    Leftover On Hand Cabbage Soup. I had approximately four cups that I combined with the above mix!

    4 cups of water

    Salt, Pepper, Seasonings to taste

Tips

Optional:
Can garnish with sour cream and green onions.
Serve with Texas toast.


Directions

Add peeled, chopped potatoes to leftover On Hand Cabbage Soup in crock pot/slow cooker. Dice or slice kielbasa and add to mix. Dice onion and add to mix. Throw in the peas. Turn it on high. Ready when the potatoes are tender! Season to your liking. I always add bay leaves and garlic to this recipe.
