Ingredients

    4 Purdue Chicken Breast Italian style
    1 cup of Progresso Italian style bread crumbs
    8 Asparagus Spears, fresh
    2 oz of Monterey Cheese

Directions

Pound each chicken breast (Purdue Italian style, individually wrapped chicken breast) to a thin thickness

Drag each side of each breast through the bread crumbs

In the center of chicken breast place 2 asparagus spears with a 1/2 ounce of cheese and fold over.

Place the chicken in a shallow cooking dish and cook at 375 for 30 minutes
