Ingredients

    box spiral pasta
    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 sm onion
    2 cans diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 cup chunky salsa
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 sm can sliced ripe olives
    3 tablespoon taco seasoning

Directions

cook the pasta according to package directions; drain. meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, drain.

stir in pasta, tomatoes, beans, salsa, green chilies, olives and taco seasoning. bring to a boil. reduce heat; simmer or until heated through.
