    1 13.5 oz can Spinach, drained
    2 large eggs
    1 Tablespoon Whipped Butter
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Melt butter in non-stick pan.
Add spinach, heat through.
Add eggs.
Stir until whites are set.

Serve hot. Enjoy!
