Directions
I started by cutting the spaghetti squash in half and scooping out the seeds. I put each half in for about 5-6 minutes.
While your waiting for that, you can cut up your chicken and throw in the onion and garlic powder. Then slice the green onions. Slice the white part of the green onions and save the green tips for garnish on top of the dish.
Then heat your olive oil in a skillet on medium to medium-high, (make sure it’s large enough to put all the ingredients in) put in the chicken and cook it until it’s thoroughly cooked (about 5 minutes)
Go ahead and take out the spaghetti squash . Once it’s cooled down enough you can use a fork to get the strands loose. Add the spaghetti squash to the pan and stir it all together. Then throw in the Buffalo sauce, cabbage and carrots and combine it all together. Serve and sprinkle with blue cheese and chopped green onion tips.
