Ingredients

    6 large hard boiled eggs, peeled and finely diced
    1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
    1/2 cup celery, finely diced
    1/3 to 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Tips

This is a basic recipe and you may had freshly chopped herbs and/or spices of your choice. A bit of mustard may also be added if desired.


Directions

Mix all ingredients except mayonnaise together in a medium sized mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise in an amount sufficient to just hold the ingredients together, being careful not to add too much.
