Ingredients

1 lb Ground turkey
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 shallot, diced
2 cans chili beans
1 can red kidney beans
1 can fire-roasted tomatoes
2 8-oz cans tomato sauce
2 tbls tomato paste
Cumin
Chili powder (TS wahoo chili)
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Ground coriander
Salt and pepper
Tips
Serve with spaghetti or elbow macaroni, cheese, sour cream, oyster crackers and Fritos.
Directions
Brown the turkey. Season with cumin, onion and garlic powder, chili powder, ground coriander and salt and pepper. Remove to a bowl.
In the same pan, sauté the onions and shallot until soft and translucent. Season with chili powder, salt/pepper and cumin. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Remove to a bowl.
Pour one can tomato sauce in turkey/onion pan to deglaze the fond. Season with chili powder, onion and garlic powders, cumin and salt and pepper. Stir until pan is deglazed. Set aside.
Add all ingredients to the crockpot and stir until well combined. Cook for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low.
