Ingredients

    1 Red Onion
    1/2 Red Bell Pepper
    1/2 Green Bell Pepper
    1/2 Orange Bell Pepper
    1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper
    20 cherry tomato cut in 1/2
    2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
    2 Tbsp Butter
    12 oz Dark Beer
    30 Med Raw Shrimp (Tail Off)
    2 TBsp Creole seasoning


Tips

Serve over pasta or rice


Directions

Chop all vegetable in large bite size pieces. Please in large skillet. Add butter and seasoning, saute until crisp tender. Add beer and simmer for 20 minutes. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp is done.
