Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 12 oz can of canned breast of chicken in water or broth
    1 box of frozen spinach
    1 pack frozen birdseye wild rice and vegs
    1 cup white wine (whatever on hand )
    1 can cream of chicken fat free soup
    2 qts chicken broth reduced sodium fat free
    half a bag of baby carrots or frozen carrot slices

    spices: all to taste- i don't add much of any except for the bay leaves.. at least 3 big ones!

    garlic powder
    pepper
    seasoning salt
    poultry seasoning
    bay leaves

    work day----dump ....cook on low for 8+ hours
    or microwave the frozen things (and the carrots if raw) and cook on high for one hour...

    before serving I used my stick blender to blend couple of cups to give it a bit thicker quality - not necessary- it is great either way!
    kitchen smells great.
    this soup freezes excellent! better next day of course! makes about 8 huge servings.



Tips

don't leave out the wine! you can add sherry and mushrooms to fancy it up some!
