Introduction

This is a simple low-carb alternation to classic pancakes. This is a simple low-carb alternation to classic pancakes.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3 large eggs
    4 Tbsp flax meal
    2 Tbsp coconut flour
    2 Tbsp warm water or heavy cream
    1 Tbsp granulated sweetener
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp cinnamon
    dash of salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients into a bowl. Thoroughly! Spoon out the batter into a heated pan (350F preferably). Flip pancakes and make sure they're cooked all the way through.

Serve with butter, blackberries, or sugar free maple syrup. Enjoy!
