Ingredients
-
1 1/2 Cups Rolled Oats (Old Fashioned Oats)
1 Cup Splenda or equivalent of other sweetener
1 1/2 Cups Flour (all purpose or self rising)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 tsps. Baking Powder
1 Cup Raisins ( I place in HOT water before starting to plump them up)
2/3 Cups Melted Butter
2 Eggs and 1 Egg White
1/2 Cup Skim Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

I use sandwich bags to divide into 2 cookie servings then place in a gallon zip lock freezer bag and store in freezer. Hubby can take out a serving and snack without over indulging!
