Ingredients

    4 oz Chicken Breast
    Provolone (Sargento low-fat) 1 serving
    1 TBSP Italian Style Bread Crumbs
    1 tsp Parmesan Cheese
    3 grams Italian Style Cheese
    1/2 tsp Eggbeaters
    1/4 cup Organic Parmesean & Romano Pasta Sauce

Directions

Pound chicken breast thin
Dip in eggbeater
Cover with bread crumbs
Pan fry in 1/2 tsp olive oil
Cover and simmer til chicken is almost done
Put Provolone on top followed by sauce, then remaining cheeses, simmer for 5 minutes (at most)
