Ingredients

    400g Cooked Chicken
    1 Matteson's Smoked Sausage
    1 jar Pasta Bake Sauce
    200g Pasta of your choice
    25g Frozen Peas
    25g Frozen Sweetcorn
    100g Cheddar Cheese, grated

Tips

Serve with garlic bread and salad


Directions

Cut sausage into slices
Put frozen veg in a bowl and cover with boiling water (this will "warm them up" so you are not putting frozen veg into the hot dish)
Cook pasta as per instructions on jar
At half-way point, before adding cheese, stir in cooked chicken, sausage and vegetables.
