Ingredients

    1 box instant fat free, sugar free lemon pudding mix
    2 cups 1% milk
    1 container (8 oz) fat free cream cheese

Directions

Blend milk and pudding mix together until slightly thickened with a hand mixer. Add cream cheese and blend until completely smooth.

Pour into 6 small containers or one large container and let sit in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
