Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup of chopped green leaves (any ones you like)
    1/2 cup of bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 tbs of a seasoning of your prefference
    2 onz of queso fresco
    1 medium cooking tomato (diced)
    1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)

Tips

paneer cheese can substitute queso fresco, all you need is a cheese that can crumble, not too salty and not too fatty. Just a joining agent. Recipe makes about 8 patties.


Directions

1. Chop all ingredients (except egg, bread crumbs and cheese) in food processor. Or you can chop them with your knife it just has to be finely chopped.
2. Transfer to a bowl and add egg and bred crumbs and crumbled cheese. Mix.
3. Heat pan, add cooking spray.
4. Make litte patties and cook in pan until each side is brown.
5. Serve hot! enjoy
