Ingredients

    3 Boneless skinless chicken breast
    2 Medium Potatoes
    Butter Flavored Pam
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Place foil on a cookie sheet. Spray pam on cookie sheet.

Slice each potato into slices. The thickness and style of slicing them is up to you. You can make them very thin for chips or a bit thicker for a more fry style. Place potatoes on the cookie sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spray the top of the potatoes with pam. I found that if you don't they are bit dry. Bake for 30 minutes.

Take the chicken breasts and cut them into strips. Each breast should make 4 strips, depending on size.

In a skillet on medium heat, spray a generous amount of Pam and place strips into skillet. sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook on each side approx. 2 to 3 minutes. Until lightly browned. You may need to do 2 batches depending on the size of your skillet. You should have plenty of time to cook them while the potatoes are baking.

The Chicken should make 6 strips per serving and enough fries to equal one potato each.
