Introduction

Ingredients

2-3 pounds lean pork roast, cubed
1-2 large cloves garlic
pepper
3 Tbsp flour
8 large tomatoes or 1-2 cans (I use diced)
8 cups broth
20 fresh roasted diced green chilies (or up to 3 cups frozen roasted chilies)
1 large onion
Tips
Wait at least 1 hour before tasting. Add additional ingredients to satisfy your taste.
Directions
Brown pork with garlic and pepper. Add flour and brown well.
In crock pot mix pork, garlic, tomatoes, water or broth, green chilies and onion. Simmer for at least 2 hours. Add additional water or flour to thin or thicken to taste.
Makes about 5 qts.
