Ingredients

1 lb lean hamburger
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1 dash of black pepper
1 carton (15 ounces) ricotta cheese part skim milk
1 egg
3/4 cup of shredded low fat mozzarella cheese
1 package(10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.
1 cup of marinara sauce.(Prego)
Tips
This is a large portion serving 4.4" x 6.5" if made in a 9x13 baking dish.
Directions
1.Brown hamburger until no longer pink.
2. Add garlic, salt and pepper to browned hamburger for 30 seconds. Set aside.
3. In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, and spinach.
4. Spread 1/2 of marinara sauce into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Start layering with 1/2 of spinach mixture, 1/2 hamburger mixture, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese.
5. Repeat Layers
6.Bake uncovered at 375F for 30-35 minutes.
7. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
