Ingredients

    Chicken legs or thighs 3 pounds ( 10 pieces to package }
    Spicy brown mustard 8 teaspoons
    lite pancake syrup 1/4 cup
    Cayene pepper 1/8 teaspoon (to taste)
    dash salt dash black pepper(to taste)

Tips

This can be done in crock pot or pieces may be places on baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Cooking time will vary.


Directions

Mix sauce ingringriedients in small bowl and set aside. place chicken in covered baking dish place in oven preheated to 350 degrees. Cook about an hour and 30 minutes, serve.
