Introduction

Ingredients

    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1.Cup
    Wheat bran, crude, 1/4 C
    Wheat germ, crude, 1/4 C
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, .1/2 tsp
    Cinnamon, 1/4 tsp
    Nutmeg, 1/4 tsp
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    Dannon, Light & Fit Nonfat Strawberry Yogurt, 4 oz
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed
    Apples, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Egg, fresh, 1 large

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together and set aside. Mix wet ingredients together in a medium sized bowl. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Heat skillet to medium heat. When water droplet starts to dance on pan, the skillet is ready. Cook using approx 1/4 cup per pancake. Turn when egdes begin to look dry and pancake begins to form bubbles and steam escapes. (Note because of the chunky fruits, the entire pancake will not develop bubbles.)
