Ingredients

    3 oz Silken Tofu
    1/4 cup Rolled Oats
    2 Tbs Honey
    1 cup 2% Milk
    1 cup Cherry Berry blend frozen fruit

Tips

May use lighter version of the tofu and milk to reduce calories if desired.


Directions

Blend oats for a few seconds in a blender or food processor until consistency is almost fine, but a little crumbly. Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
