Ingredients

    3 tsp. Canola Oil
    1/3 cup onion (chopped)
    1 carrot (shredded)
    2 tsp vinegar
    1 cup salad dressing or mayo
    1/2 head cabbage
    1/2 cup sugar substitute

Directions

Combine oil, onion, vinegar, and sugar
Fold in mayo
pour over grated carrot and chopped cabbage
Mix together well
