Ingredients

    1/8c coconut oil melted
    2 ripe bananas
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 egg
    1/4c shredded coconut unsweetened
    1/4c flaxseed meal
    1/4 coconut flour
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1tsp cinnamon
    20 raisins

Directions

Blend first 4 ingredients. Mix dry ingredients. Add the wet to the dry and stir.
Fill 6 muffin cups
Bake at 325' for 25-30 mins
