Ingredients

    1 can beef and barley soup
    beef broth, 1 container
    beef stir fry strips cut up
    baby potatoes, small bag 24 oz
    mini carrots, 2 cups
    corn, 1 can sweet corn
    turnip(as much as you like)
    onion - adjust to taste
    minced garlic - adjust to taste, I used 5 cloves
    pepper, to taste

Tips

If you are going to be gone all day you can leave it on low for 8-10 hrs. Makes 8 1 cup servings


Directions

Add the broth and the soup first.
Wash off vegetables and dice into small portions add to pot. (potatoes, carrots, turnip)
Rinse corn in water after opening can.
Cut up the beef stir fry strips into 2cm lengths or to personal preference. Then combine the rest of the ingredients in crockpot and place on high for 6 hrs, then serve.
