Ingredients

    1 cup brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 cup pecans, chopped
    1/3 cup flour
    1/3 teaspoon vanilla
    Salt, pinch

Directions

Mix all ingredients & pour into greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes or until tops are browned.
