Ingredients

4 tbsp, drained Capers, canned
2 tbsp Parsley
0.25 cup Corn Starch
8 oz Barilla Plus Angel Hair (uncooked)
2 tbsp Canola Oil - Organic by Spectrum Naturals
0.50 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
1.5 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared
Tips
to decrease cooking time, pound out the chicken to a thinner state and will cook quicker.
Directions
Clean Chix and lightly flour. Heat up a saute pan with the Canola oil. When hot lightly saute chix on both side. After flipping finish in oven till chicken is 165 degrees in the dead center. When chicken is done remove from pan saving all dripping. Keep chicken warm. Return saute pan to the heat and add chicken stock, lemon juice, and capers. Gently scrape the pan as the stock reduces by 1/2. When stock has reduced, tighten with corn starch slurry and toss in parsley. Make a nest of the Angle Hair and lay the chix off nest and drizzle both with sauce.
