Ingredients

    1 pound of ground pork
    1 pound of ground turkey
    1 whole onion chopped in mixer
    2 cups of oatmeal
    Handful of green peppers
    Season to taste
    2 Eggs

Tips

Should make about 36 big meatballs


Directions

Blended your onions and green peppers make it mix up in the batch better. Also mixing in a large zip lock bag works well. I precooked my meatballs on the stove in olive oil and home made bone broth. Then I baked on 325 in the oven to finish them.
