Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    Hoisin Sauce, 4 tbsp
    Garlic, 2 clove (minced)
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp (grated)
    Scallions, raw, 2 medium (4-1/8" long) (sliced)
    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1.50 tbsp
    Romaine Lettuce Leave X 2, 6 serving
    Nakano - Rice Wine Vinegar (Natural Flavour), 1 tbsp
    Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp.
    red pepper flakes (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste (optional)
    18 romaine lettuce leaves

Tips

You can substitute any type of lettuce leaves.


Directions

sauté all ingredients except for lettuce in a large frying pan until turkey is fully cooked. Serve turkey mixture in lettuce leaves.
