Ingredients

    1/2 head of fresh Cauliflower (Medium)
    1 teaspoon of Coconut oil
    1/4 of a sweet or white onion
    1 teaspoon of Original Mrs. Dash

Tips

you can add many other ingredients to make it your own! it's also great to turn into a mock Spanish rice or use it with stir-fry


Directions

Cut cauliflower in half then take one of the half's and cut into pieces. After the half is cut put into food processor and blend till it looks like rice. Heat pan on medium and add coconut oil. Then put in onion and brown. After they are cooked added cauliflower rice, and Mrs. dash to taste. I use a teaspoon for mine. after it cooks for 5 mins it should be ready to eat!
