Ingredients

    1 head of cauliflower (medium)
    2 tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk
    Seasonings if you want!

Tips

You can add anything you want, there just like mashed potatoes but better!


Directions

cut medium size head of cauliflower into pieces and boil till fork tender. then strain and add cauliflower to food processer and also add almond milk (you can you regular milk, it's different nutritional amount though) and then blend till it's smooth and creamy! Enjoy!!!
