Ingredients

    Peanuts - 1/3 cup
    Tamarind paste - 1.5 tbsp
    Garlic - 2 cloves
    Green chilli pepper - 1 (small)
    Rice bran oil - 1 tsp
    Mustard seeds, black - 1 tsp
    Curry leaves - 2-3
    Salt to taste

Directions

Blend the peanuts, tamarind paste, garlic, chilli pepper, and salt with a bit of water into a coarse paste.
Heat oil and add the mustard seeds and curry leaves to it.
When the seeds and leaves splutter, add the blended chutney to it.
Cook for 1 minute (maximum) and serve with your favorite Dosa or idli
