    1/4 cup Augason Farms Vegetable Stew Blend
    50 grams rice Stick Banh Pho noodles
    1 cup Pacific Natural Foods Low Sodium Organic Vegetable Broth
    1 cup water

Directions

Add the broth, water, dried vegetable stew blend, dried vegetarian meat substitute. Bring it to a boil. Break up the rice stick noodles and add to the boiled broth. Cook until the vegetables and noodles are cooked. The broth and water will evaporate. It becomes more like a pasta.
