Ingredients

    *Vegetable Stock (Knorr Vegetable Stockpot Makes 500mls), 1 box container
    *green lentil, 2 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 large, finely chopped
    Kroger Frozen Cut Leaf Spinach, 1, 10 ounce container
    Garlic, 6 clove , finely chopped
    *Coconut Milk (light), 2 oz
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1 can)
    *ground tumeric, 1 tsp
    *Coriander, ground, 0.5 tsp
    Curry powder, 1 tsp
    *Cumin (ground), 1 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp

chop onions and garlic until they are finely chopped. Place all ingredients into crock pot. Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6
