Ingredients

    2 Lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
    1 C. Frank's Original Red Hot Sauce
    1 Dry Ranch Dressing Pkt
    1 Stalk Celery, diced
    1/4 Onion, diced
    2 Cloves Minced Garlic


Tips

Great on whole grain buns or served as tacos on low-carb, high fiber tortillas or large romain lettuce leaves. Top with shredded cabbage mix and yogurt ranch dressing. Leftovers store well in the refrigerator and are great for omlets, wraps or over a salad. Enjoy!


Directions

Spray Crock Pot with Pam and add chicken. Pour hot sauce over and then dry ranch packet and top with veggies. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Remove from Crock Pot and shred chicken. Return shredded chicken to Crock Pot to soak in sauce for about 30 more min.
