Ingredients

    1 Onion chopped
    1Cup of Dried split yellow peas, well rinsed.
    1 cup of frozen Garden Peas
    1/2 cup of oats
    1/2cup frozen Spinach
    2 pints of water
    Stock
    Herbs
    Teaspoon yeast extract

Tips

If you want a bright green soup add the frozen peas and spinach half way through instead of at the begining.
Could add lemon or lime juice before serving.


Directions

Put all ingredient into deep saucepan.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 40min
Then blitz with hand held blender.

Serving Size: 2 very large bowls (or 4 small)
