Ingredients

    1head cauliflower
    2 carrots
    1red bell pepper
    1onion
    10oz. Button mushrooms
    2T oil
    1/4 t thyme
    1/4 t basil
    1/2 t salt
    1/4t pepper

Directions

Steam cauliflower and carrots together till eldente.
Add broccoli.
In skillet, saute the rest.
Mix and eat!
