Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 Lb. Ground Venison
    2 LG. Eggs
    4 tbsp. Mild Chuncky Salsa
    1 Tbsp. Dehydrated Onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
    4 tsp. Mesquite Seasoning
    3 tsp. Liquid Hickory Smoke

Tips

This is also great when you smoke it on the grill at 225 degrees for 2 hours.


Directions

Mix all ingredients and in a large bowl. Place in a meat loaf pan. Cook at 375 for 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and coat the top of the loaf with the salsa. Put it back in the oven and cook for an additional 25 minutes. Slice the loaf and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 12 3/4" slices
