Ingredients

    1/2 a frozen, peeled banana
    1 tablespoon each of ground flax seed, chia seed, and hemp seed
    1/2 cup of coconut water
    1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
    1/2 cup of frozen fruit (mango or strawberry are yummy)
    1/2 cup raw kale leaves

Tips

I peel and freeze bananas and add the seeds to the bag before I put into the freezer. Then I just pull out the frozen banana and seeds, and I'm ready to put them into the blender with other ingredients.


Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until the ingredients are combined.
