Ingredients

    one bunch kale, stems removed, chopped
    1/2 of a cauliflower, chopped
    1/8 C dried cranberries sweetened with apple juice
    the juice of one lemon
    about 30 pecan halves, chopped
    two garlic cloves, crushed
    salt and pepper to taste

refrigerates well


Directions

chop kale and massage with hands to tenderize, then add other ingredients and toss.
