Ingredients

    1 cup(175g) Self Raising Flour
    200g sultanas
    100g dried cranberries
    400g condensed milk

Tips

options: add 1/2 cup shredded coconut before baking and add a lemon icing after cooled
: add zest of orange or lemon before baking for a zesty flavour


Directions

preheat oven to 160C
mix all ingredients together.
pour into a paper lined slice tin
bake for 40 - 45 mins, until golden brown
test when skew comes out clean, it's cooked
