Introduction

These crackers are great for gluten free eaters and they're very healthy and filling. These crackers are great for gluten free eaters and they're very healthy and filling.
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

1.5 cups Gluten Free All Purpose Flour (I used Gluten Free Pantry)
1 heaping tablespoon psyllium husk (for fiber - I actually used Metamucil)
1 tsp salt (less is ok)
1 tsp sugar (less is ok)
    1 tbsp chia seed
    1 tbsp flax seed
    1/2 cup water
    2 tbsp olive oil

Tips

Add other seed if you like. I like to add pistachios once in a while. Sometimes I use walnuts. You can also brush the tops with water (prior to baking) and top with salt, parmesan, etc.

Directions

Preheat oven to 450. Mix dry ingredients well. Add water and oil and mix well. On a baking pan, spread out the dough by hand (I use spray oil on the pan and I oil my hands. Why not). Spread as thin or as thick as you want. I made these a little thicker than, say, wheat thins. Cut in squares before you bake. Bake time: 12 minutes give or take as long as the edges are beginning to turn golden brown.
