Introduction

Baked oatmeal Baked oatmeal

Ingredients

    15 oz pumpkin puree
    .5 cup brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp pie spice
    .5 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking powder
    .5 tsp vanilla extract
    1.5 cup milk
    2.5 rolled oats

Directions

mix all ingredients excempt the oats. Whisk together then mix in oats.
pour into 8x8 that has been sprayed with non-stick.
cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes then remove foil and bake for 30 minutes
