    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 6 tbsp
    Onion Red 1/2 medium raw
    Garlic, 4 clove
    Brown Rice- 8 cup cooked(4 cups dry)
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper
    Green Chili Peppers, canned, 1 cup
    Canned Tomatoes, 4 cup
    water 2 cups
    salt and pepper to taste.


Heat oil. Add onion, garlic, jalapeņo, rice. lightly brown. Then add chilies, tomatoes, bite size green beans and water. Stir. Bring to boil. Then simmer 20 minutes or until rice and beans are desired softness.
