Ingredients

    250g rump steak
    1 red pepper
    1 red onion
    1 medium courgette
    100g mushrooms
    410g fresh egg noodles
    Blue dragon oyster and spring onion sauce

Directions

Heat oil and fry onion, courgette and baby corn for 5-10 mins

Add steak and fry for 5 mins

Add pepper and mushrooms and fry for 5 mins. At same time in separate wok fry egg noodles for 3-4 mins (according to packet)

Add sauce and heat
