Ingredients

    I use:
    1 1/2 lbs ground beef lean cooked and drained, 1 head of lettuce chopped or shredded, 2 or 3 tomatoes diced, 1 onion diced, 1 - 8 oz bag of cheddar or taco cheese light or 2%, 1 bag of Doritos crushed, 1 can of kidney beans drained and rinsed, 1 bottle of free Italian dressing, and 1 bottle of creamy Italian not listed. You would have to add the calorie intake of this. Mix all ingredients and add the dressings about a 1/2 cup at a time until it is to your liking. My family loves this - sometimes I add black olives but this also adds more calories. Great for picnics or gatherings and great as a left over.
