    I pound of crab meat
    1 tsp. OLD BAY seasoning
    1/4 salt
    1 tbsp. light mayonnaise
    1 tbsp. worchester sauce
    1 tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tbsp.baking powder
    1 beaten egg
    2 slices of wheat bread with crust removed


Break bread into small pieces and and mix into crab mixture with other ingredients. Shape into cakes and you can bake,broil or fry until golden brown. I preferr to use my george foreman grill. I just spray with alittle pam and put them on the george foreman grill until they are golden brown. it doesn't take very long and they are very tasty.
You can eat with crackers like most of us Marylanders eat them or on a sandwich of wheat bread,lettuce,and tomatoe.**don't forget to add in extra calories if you do!!
