Ingredients

    2 cups cooked navy beans
    1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, canned in water, drained and rinsed well
    1 10 oz package of frozen spinach or 10 cups fresh spinach
    1/4 cup nutritional yeast
    Pinch of nutmeg
    Sea salt to taste
    Olive oil to taste(optional)

Tips

From Del Stroufe's Better Than Vegan, olive oil my own addition.


Directions

Put beans, nutmeg, salt, nutritional yeast and olive oil(if using) in food processor and process until a fine paste forms. Then add artichoke hearts and spinach and pulse chop until dip is to your taste- not too fine, not too chunky.

Serving Size: Makes 16 2 Tbsp servings.
